A 19-year-old college student was randomly stabbed between the lower neck and upper back near NYC City Hall.
“When he walked away, the dude looked at me and smiled with the knife in his hand.”
Alan Ryvkin, 19, said a 'stranger' quietly approached from behind and stabbed him.
“I didn’t know who it is. I don’t know what it is. I got stabbed and I sit on the ground and start bleeding out.”
The attack happened outside the municipal building while he was speaking with a woman.
The attacker ran away and was still on the loose early Wednesday afternoon.
