A jailed Brooklyn gang leader ordered a hit on a rival over a social media beef – but the gunmen accidentally killed the intended target’s girlfriend instead, prosecutors claim.
Real Ryte gang leader Dajahn “Jeezy Mula” McBean, 29, ordered the murder of a rival while locked up on another gang charge, but the three gunmen fatally shot innocent bystander Clarisa Burgos, 28, during a brutal ambush attack in Queens last December, federal prosecutors said in an indictment unsealed Thursday.
Karl “Pacavell” Smith, 26, and Chelsey “Ms. Chinn” Harris, 23, were charged alongside McBean after the gangbanger paid them to lure the intended target to Big Apple nightclubs so he could be assassinated, according to the indictment and sources.
But the feds say the stunning, caught-on-camera ambush actually clipped the wrong person.
The botched murder for hire left the mother-of-one dead with a gunshot to her head, according to a statement from US Attorney Damian Williams. The three were charged with murder-for-hire conspiracy and stalking resulting in death for the shooting.
