72-year-old Dennis Winn shot at a Walmart drone with his 9mm after it flew over his property.
Winn said he had issues in his neighborhood with people flying drones over his house.
The Lake County Sheriff's Office says they found a bullet hole in the payload the drone was carrying.
He was charged with shooting at an aircraft, criminal mischief damage over $1,000, and discharging a firearm in public.
