Oklahoma 'cannibal' who killed then raped a 10-year-old girl, executed on his birthday after crying during his clemency hearing.
Kevin Ray Underwood was pronounced dead at 10;14 am on his 45th birthday.
Last week, Underwood tried crying during his clemency hearing while apologizing to the girl's family.
10-year-old Jamie Rose Bolin was beaten, suffocated to death, and then raped and mutilated by Underwood in his apartment in Purcell, Oklahoma City, in 2006.
Underwood told FBI agents that it was his fantasy "to abduct a person, sexually molest them, eat their flesh, and dispose of their remains."
He had lured her into his apartment on her way home from school.
