New Orleans terror attack suspect Shamsud-Din Jabbar intended to kill his family but was concerned media attention wouldn't be focused on the "war between believers & disbelievers."
The FBI says Jabbar posted multiple videos online.

- He joined ISIS before the summer.
- He provided a will and testimony.
- Jabbar served in the Army for 10 years and was deployed to Afghanistan in 2009.
- Authorities now say Jabbar acted alone.
- 15 people are now deceased.
