Newly released bodycam footage shows two St. Louis police officers refusing to help a dying man because their shift was almost over.
Officers Austin Fraser & Ty Warren were called to the scene after a man shot himself in the head.
When they arrived, the man was still breathing.
Urayoan Rodriguez-Rivera had called 911 before the incident.
When the officers arrived at the scene, they agreed to leave and come back 10 minutes later to pretend like they had just arrived.
"You know what’s f**ked up? Warren and Fraser just left," one officer was heard saying.
The weapon used by Rodriguez-Rivera was never found and has since been marked as stolen. His passing was deemed a su*cide.
Both Warren and Fraser have since been fired.
"The two individuals are no longer employed by the St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department."
