

MEMPHIS, Tenn. — Mississippi Lt. Gov. Delbert Hosemann collapsed while standing at a Senate podium Wednesday, video from the Mississippi capitol shows.
WJTV in Jackson reports that Hosemann later regained consciousness, and had a head injury.
The Senate went into recess afterward.
“I’m praying for my dear friend, Lieutenant Governor Delbert Hosemann,” U.S. Sen. Cindy Hyde-Smith said on X.
