A man, reportedly from Salisbury, has died following an attack while on holiday in Thailand.
Nick Weir, 28, was said to have been behaving erratically before he was allegedly beaten to death at 2 am on Tuesday, March 25 in Bangkok, Thailand.
It was reported by the Mail Online that the man was from Salisbury and worked as a manager of a packaging company, but neither Wiltshire Police nor the Foreign Office confirmed this.
A spokesperson for the Foreign Office has confirmed to The Journal they are aware of an incident and they said: "We are providing support to the family of a British man who died in Bangkok and are in contact with the local authorities."
