A homeless thug arrested for cutting down trees in downtown LA was known to police.
I am once again calling on California to build an island off the coast and ship the homeless there. Crime solved.
Samuel Patrick Groft was taken into custody. His bond is set at a whopping $150,000.
The 44 year old was charged with felony vandalism.
“That someone would do this is truly beyond comprehension,” Mayor Karen Bass said.
“City public works crews are assessing the damage and we will be making plans to quickly replace these damaged trees. LAPD has opened an investigation into what happened and those responsible must be held accountable.”
