A Texas father demands change after his daughter was slapped and tackled by a football player bully, but school officials called it a mutual fight and suspended her.
"Anybody that sees this video knows it's not a mutual confrontation; it's a boy assaulting a girl," Gianfrancesco said.
Danny Gianfrancesco's daughter was assaulted by another student at Taylor High School.
The father has been attending school board meetings since March 25.
Footage shows the boy slapping the girl after she asked, “What’re you going to do, hit a girl?”
He then punches and tackles her to the ground.
The father says the boy had been harassing his daughter for most of the school year.
Her boyfriend confronted the boy at football practice and told him to stop.
School officials called it a “mutual confrontation” and gave both students a three-day suspension.
