Three victims who were brutally assaulted in Cleveland are outraged after a judge set their attacker free.
Serus Walters, 20, was arrested AGAIN just TWO DAYS after being released — and released once more.
Walters pleaded guilty to brutally attacking three people across Cleveland.
On Monday, Judge Collier-Williams reduced his felony to a misdemeanor, letting him go free.
David Dudley, 64, was beaten so badly his shoulder cartilage was broken.
Surveillance video also shows Walters attacking a man named Tony in Tower City.
A day later, Walters assaulted another man near Whiskey Island who needed stitches.
Walters was arrested multiple times but kept getting released.
Victims say Walters showed no remorse in court and are outraged by the judge’s decision.
