A California business owner is going up to random homeless people and offering to pay for a one-way flight out of town.
Santa Monica man John Alle believes he has a solution to the homeless problem in Los Angeles.
"What we're seeing now is no accountability. There's no results. It's not result-oriented," Alle said, blasting local leadership for not offering real solutions to the homeless problem in Los Angeles.
Alle says he has already had two people show interest in his offer.
"If we can get to them before two years, before they get hooked on drugs, before they get involved in the sex trade. Then, there's hope."
Alle says anyone who is homeless in Los Angeles is eligible for the program, which is paid for by donors under the Santa Monica Coalition.
