BCSO deputies arrested 27-year-old Ismael Tena after he was accused of killing two O’Reilly Auto Parts workers in Albuquerque, N.M.
47-year-old Richard Newman died at the scene and 18-year-old Jesus Valdez died en route to the hospital.
Investigators say Tena and his father went to the store on September 14 to exchange an oil filter.
Tena’s father told deputies that when store employees denied Tena free oil. He still grabbed some containers and left.
Valdez and Newman followed him, and deputies said Tena retrieved a gun from his truck and shot both men.
