Former NFL Quarterback Mark Sanchez Arrested After He Was Stabbed By A Food Delivery Driver
Former NFL QB Mark Sanchez, arrested after being stabbed in Indianapolis, was stabbed by a food delivery worker who is claiming self-defense, according to FOX59/CBS4.
Sanchez was arrested at the hospital, where he remains.
According to FOX59, the food delivery worker was making a delivery when Sanchez said he couldn't park in the alley and told him to leave.
The 69-year-old individual, who also reportedly had "significant injuries," says Sanchez then became aggressive.
The man then reportedly tried using pepper spray on Sanchez before stabbing him when the pepper spray didn't work, in what he claims is self-defense.
Sanchez has not yet given his own account of the incident.
Sanchez, who was in town to announce the Colts vs. Raiders game, was stabbed in the chest and taken to the hospital for surgery.
