HOUSTON (CW39) — A homeless man with 38 prior arrests is facing serious charges after police say he kidnapped a student near Aldine High School and injected him with an unknown substance.
According to court documents, Ted Fleming allegedly approached the student near the school campus on Wednesday. A staff member noticed the student stumbling and quickly called for help. Aldine ISD says police performed CPR on the student and detained Fleming at the scene.
The student’s condition has not been released, and the investigation remains ongoing.
