CCTV Shows 2 Men Leaving And Detonating An Improvised Bomb In Front Of A Vagas Restaurant

LAS VEGAS (KLAS) — Video the 8 News Now Investigators obtained Monday shows a homemade bomb exploding outside a restaurant near the Las Vegas Strip.
The improvised explosive device exploded outside of Piero’s Italian Cuisine on Nov. 13.
A Clark County grand jury later indicted three of the four people Metro police suspect were involved in the explosion on Convention Center Drive near Paradise Road. Police described the device as a “pipe bomb” contained in a gas can. Two men ignited the device with a fuse purchased at a fireworks store, police said, citing the video.
The restaurant’s door and the area around the door were damaged, police said. No one was hurt.
