Man refused to take cover and points at one of the Bondi Beach terrorists while the terrorist was trying to shoot innocent people.
Witnesses say police officers completely froze during the terror attack and did nothing.
“Twenty minutes, there was four policemen there. Nobody give fire back. Nothing. Like they froze. I don’t understand why,” said eyewitness Shmulik Scuri.
“For 20 minutes. They shoot, shoot. Change magazines. And just shoot.”
