A Man Named Ahmad Jihad Bojeh Murders 3 Random Tourists For No Reason Near Disney At A Rental They Were Stranded At With Car Troubles

A quiet Florida vacation street turned into a crime scene in broad daylight this weekend, after three elderly tourists were gunned down outside a rental home in what authorities say was a completely random act of violence.
The shooting happened just after noon Saturday at a short-term rental on Indian Point Circle in Osceola County. Deputies arriving at the scene found three men collapsed in front of the home, each suffering from gunshot wounds. All three were pronounced dead.
According to Sheriff Christopher Blackmon, the victims were out-of-state visitors whose trip had stalled after their vehicle broke down, leaving them stranded at the rental property. Instead of sightseeing, they ended up in the wrong place at the worst possible moment.
The men were identified as Robert Lewis Kraft, 70, of Holland, Michigan; Douglas Joseph Kraft, 68, of Columbus, Ohio; and James John Puchan, 69, also of Columbus. Investigators say the group had originally been four friends traveling together. One of them left the day before the shooting. Robert and Douglas Kraft were brothers, and Douglas was the twin of the man who had already departed — a grim twist that spared one life by timing alone.
Authorities say there was no argument, no altercation, no warning.
“This was completely random,” Sheriff Blackmon said during a Sunday news conference. “There was no conflict between these people. It just happened to be the person who lived next door.”
That neighbor, investigators say, was 29-year-old Ahmad Jihad Bojeh.
Deputies located Bojeh shortly after the shooting after he fled back into his home next door to the rental property. He was taken into custody without further incident. Inside the residence, investigators recovered two firearms. Officials say they are still working to determine which weapon was used in the killings.
Bojeh has been booked into the Osceola County Jail and is expected to face three counts of first-degree murder.
For residents in the area, the violence shattered any sense of normalcy. Neighbors described hearing what they initially thought were harmless noises — until the reality set in.
“It just sounded like popping sounds — like pop, pop, pop,” said nearby resident Alexis Patterson. “To know it was three rounds and three men lost their lives, it had to be one per person.”
The case has left the community rattled and raised hard questions about safety, randomness, and how quickly an ordinary afternoon can spiral into irreversible tragedy — especially when violence arrives without motive, warning, or reason.
