Students Go Full Riot Mode Over ICE, Turn Ohio Grocery Store Into a Crime Scene

Another disturbing scene of disorder unfolded this week in Ohio when students from North College Hill stormed a Kroger grocery store in what witnesses described as a full blown meltdown tied to protests against immigration enforcement.
According to reports and circulating video, the students flooded into the store, knocking over shelves, throwing merchandise, and turning a normal shopping day into a scene of chaos. Products were scattered across the floor, displays destroyed, and workers and customers were left scrambling to get out of the way.
The protest was reportedly sparked by anger over actions taken by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, but critics say what followed had nothing to do with peaceful protest and everything to do with a culture that excuses destruction as long as it is wrapped in the right political slogans.
Observers are pointing the finger squarely at schools and administrators who they say have allowed ideological activism to replace discipline. The argument being made is that students are increasingly encouraged to see themselves as political actors first and accountable citizens last, with property damage and intimidation brushed aside as long as the cause is approved.
What stands out is the total disregard for consequences. A grocery store is not a political stage. It is a place where employees work, families shop, and communities function. Turning it into a battleground does not pressure policymakers. It harms ordinary people who had nothing to do with immigration enforcement.
