Some claims of fungal lung infections sweeping through buyers and a budding lawsuit against FanimeCon appear to be pure social media fiction. No health incidents have been confirmed, and the event's unofficial nature shields the main con from any blowback.

ParkCon has a long reputation for sketchy vibes — drugs, drinking, open to anyone, but this year's foot dunk took things to a new low (or high, depending on your fetish).
