This is the astonishing moment a 71-year-old have-a-go-hero thwarted a gang of sledgehammer wielding robbers - with his bare hands. Brave Michael Graver confronted the four armed men as they smashed their way into a jewellers using scooters on February 28 last year. Tough Michael, who had been out shopping with his wife, wrestled with the thugs as they poured out of the shop's smashed doorway. The fight spills onto the street where one of the thugs can be seen punching Michael in the face as the cowardly crook desperately tries to get away from the grappling pensioner.
