Police in Pasco, Washington, shot and killed a man Tuesday night after a confrontation at a crowded intersection. Witnesses told the Tri-City Herald the man picked up a rock and looked like he wanted to fight officers who responded to a disturbance call near a popular grocery store. Police did not release the man's identity. They say they're unsure whether a weapon was found. Police Capt. Ken Roske confirmed three officers were involved. He declined to identify them or talk about who fired. Roske says the officers fired after the man refused to listen to their commands.
