A rapper has been accused of filming a 'degrading' stunt after he threw $30,000 from his car into a group of homeless people outside a shelter.
Ralo posted the video on his Instagram account, showing him launching the money from the sunroof of his car in Atlanta, Georgia.
Friends are heard laughing as men and women fight each other to grab the dollar bills on the ground.
