Israel has launched a missile at a target from Syria just hours before Prince William is due to arrive for a tour of the Middle East.
Footage captured the moment the missile was launched in the north of the country.
Israeli military confirmed it had launched the missile at the unmanned drone approaching its borders from Syria.
Israel launched a Patriot anti-aircraft missile at a drone that was spotted approaching from inside Syria on Sunday but missed the pilotless plane, which withdrew, the Israeli military said.
It will raise security concerns ahead of the arrival of Prince William this afternoon.
