Dancing, singing and joyfully group hugging, this is the incredible moment members of an isolated Amazonian tribe are reunited after years apart.
The video shows members of the Korubo tribe cautiously approaching another group in the jungle, before becoming overwhelmed with emotion after realising the men are relatives they thought were dead.
The group had split from the main tribe four years ago after an internal dispute and had no contact with them since.
The emotional footage was shot by members of an expedition by Funai, Brazil’s indigenous affairs department, which was launched to try to reunite the tribes and stop a bloody tribal war breaking out.
