Shocking footage shows the moment police arrest a man who beat up a train driver while completely naked.
During the clip, 33-year-old Stephen Owellen, from Pitcalm Road in Sunderland, can be seen angrily kicking and headbutting the train door at the Regent Centre Metro Station, in Gosforth, while police wait outside.
Police then open the train door and Owellen launches himself at officers - before he is wrestled to the floor and put in handcuffs.
Another clip showing Owellen stripping off before attacking the train driver was shown to North Tyneside Magistrates' Court.
However, he had put his clothes back on by the time officers arrived at the scene in the early hours of February 9, Chronicle Live reports.
Owellen claimed his drink was "spiked" that evening - insisting he had only had four pints.
