According to the little info available : The incident occurred at 9am on the 14.10.2015. The area of an intersection in the Seosan region. A cement mixer was travelling towards an intersection and was traveling too fast and was too heavy to stop for for a red light. The mixer carried straight through and in an effort to avoid a scooter rider, swerved and flipped. It crushed a car and killed the 3 female occupants.
