Speaking in Antwerp on Wednesday, Red Cross Flanders spokesperson An Luyten said that refugees will be provided with additional behaviour and sex education classes in asylum seeker centres, after a series of alleged sexual assaults shook Cologne on New Year's Eve. "It's too early to make a link between what happened in Cologne and asylum seekers," she said, adding that after the events in Cologne "the Belgian state secretary on migration decided... to give more sexual education in asylum seeker centres."
