An Ohio police officer said it was a “miracle” he survived after being struck by a big rig that skidded off the road earlier this month in an incident that was captured on his dashboard camera. The driver of the big rig was stopped on some railroad tracks and unable to get out of the way of an oncoming train, which struck the semi and sent it careening out of control.
