Just when you thought the dust had settled over Conor McGregor’s racism row, an intrepid TMZ reporter has been trying to add smoke to the fire by implying McGregor is racist towards Mexicans. During a heated 62 second video from TMZ sport, McGregor is asked about his use of the word ‘cholo’. The brief interview starts off friendly enough, with the featherweight champion telling the TMZ reporter that it’s good to see him. The reporter then asks: “You called him a cholo in there, that’s kind of racially motivated. Did you mean to sound like that?” McGregor looks visibly annoyed, and says: “Mate, shut the f*ck up and get away from me.”
