American Muslims sue government for inclusion on terror watch list

A seven-month-old baby is among 15 American Muslims named in two lawsuits being brought against the federal government for placing the plaintiffs on the so-called terror watch list without due process. They accuse the US of placing American citizens on the list “based on mere guesses, hunches, and conjecture, and even simply based on matters of race, ethnicity, national origin, religion,” and violates their constitutional rights.
