Michelle Obama hosted a “United State of Women” summit in Washington Tuesday because, you know, women are being discriminated against everywhere and there is a rapist around every corner. Well, in Europe there is a Muslim rapist in every corner but let’s not talk about that.
The organizers thought it would be a good idea to let ol uncle Joe say a few words. After all, he does see the female form every day when he rides AMTRAK in to work.
But it seems uncle Joe had something else on the mind. He stated, ENTHUSIASTICALLY:
“I remember when we did the act, when we were debating it, I said if a woman in this audience got up, stripped down, stark naked, and walked over to the United States Capitol, she has a right to be arrested for indecent exposure, but no man, even in that circumstance, has a right to touch her. No man has a right to touch her! Period! Period! Period!
You know Joe, when they tell you to imagine the audience naked when giving a speech to calm your nerves, you ARE NOT supposed to tell them you are imagining them naked. Now you made them nervous.
