Louisiana man asks a question the entire countries wondering "Where's the Black Panthers and Black Lives Matter Organizations at now?"

The video, in which one young black man eloquently speaks on the matters that affect his community, asks a very daunting question: Where is the Black Lives Matter boat that should be making its rounds, rescuing African Americans from the devastating floods in Louisiana?

The video, uploaded as part of a “live” Facebook feed, pits one black American against the entire Black Lives Matter organization, who is too busy the on the scene in LA helping out their constituents who are undeniably in need of it.
