A 21-year-old British woman was stabbed to death at a hostel in northeast Australia by a French national who shouted "Allahu akbar," authorities said. Two men were also injured in the attack Tuesday night in the town of Home Hill, in northern Queensland. Mia Ayliffe-Chung was found dead at the scene, and a dog was also fatally wounded. The 29-year-old suspect did not have any known links to ISIS and appeared to have acted alone, Queensland Police Deputy Commissioner Steve Gollschewski said Wednesday. The French national shouted "Allahu akbar" — the Arabic phrase meaning "God is great" — both during the attack and while being arrested by police. He has not yet been charged, but police weren't looking for other suspects.
