This is the moment a hit-and-run driver sped off after seeing the woman he had reversed into was injured.
The callous suspect is being hunted by police after reversing into the 67-year-old in Levenshulme, Manchester.
He is seen hitting the woman in his Honda Civic , climbing out of his vehicle before jumping back in and driving off.
The incident happened shortly after 4.40pm on Saturday August 13 2016, as the woman was crossing Chapel Street.
The Honda, which was waiting at the junction, reversed and collided with the woman.
The driver got out, saw that the woman was injured, and got back into the car and left in the direction of Longsight.
The woman was taken to hospital where she was treated for a broken ankle and a fractured arm.
The man is described as being of large build, in his 20s or 30s with short black hair, shaved at the sides.
Police Constable Peter Hamnett-Steen of Greater Manchester Police 's City of Manchester Team said: “I am keen to trace the driver of the car, who left a woman injured in the road and then callously fled.
“If you know who was driving the car, or if you were the driver, I urge you to get in touch with police.”
