Students have clashed with police at Dillard University in Louisiana at a protest against former KKK leader.
David Duke was on campus to take part in a debate with other candidates running for the US Senate.
His inclusion in the debate angered students at the historically black college.
After hours of peaceful demos, a group tried to enter the debate hall and police used pepper spray on the protesters.
“I was covered on my shirt, my arms, my face — they are pepper-spraying. They are body slamming people,” said one of the student demonstrators.
