A Minibus taxi stops at a garage and asks attendant to fill up. It seems as though, petrol spilled onto the warm engine and ignited. At that stage it appeared to be under control, and a fire extinguisher would have stopped the fire from spreading.
A petrol attendant tried to extinguish the fire with a cloth and that is probably why the fire expanded. Of course, another attendant poured water and made the situation worse.
Poorly trained staff who clearly did not know what to do.
