Shocking surveillance footage shows the moment Yang Zhangjian frantically ran inside an office to alert Wang Tao that a truck carrying 30 tons of coal was approaching. Two seconds after the two evacuated the room, the lorry smashed into the office, bringing down a wall and causing the surveillance camera to lose signal. The accident took place at the entrance of a local steel company in the city of Hancheng on Thursday.
