Man hurls abuse at family in shocking road rage attack

A shirtless man has hung out of a moving car's window before hurling a can into the path of a woman and her two young children in an unprovoked road rage attack.

The incident was filmed on Queensland's Sunshine Coast.

Dash cam footage shows the black Mazda pulling in front of the woman's car before the shirtless passenger climbs out of his window and begins hurling abuse towards her.

The long-haired man sticks his middle finger up and waves his hands around before throwing what appears to be a drink can towards the car.

The woman driving the dash cam car is described by the creator of the video as 'disabled with hand controls' and her children are ten and four years old.

Earlier in the video he is seen also abusing the driver of a white ute as the Mazda overtakes.

The car then continues to travel along
Maroochydore Road in Kunda Park, east Sunshine Coast.
