Fighter Ethan Crelinsten had his opponent in a 'kimura' armlock when his limb suddenly cracked and bent right back behind his head.
Officials are seen rushing to the aid of the injured fighter, while Crelinsten cringes and looks distraught after the fight.
The sickening accident was caught on camera at the West Coast ADCC Trials in Abu Dhabi on April 15.
