This is the shocking moment a bus driver was filmed in a punch-up with a pedestrian in the middle of a city street.
Stunned passengers are seen watching from the single-decker vehicle as the driver and a young man take swings at each other in Norwich.
The footage, which has been viewed more than 90,000 times on Facebook, begins with the Stagecoach driver dragging the younger man onto the pavement, before they scuffle and fall to the floor.
They are seen squaring up to each other outside an estate agents as witnesses gather around, before the driver hits him around the head twice.
Stagecoach has confirmed it is investigating the incident and has suspended the driver.
The younger man, who is dressed in a black jacket and jeans, then continues to shout at the driver as he returns to his bus, bending down to pick an unidentified item off the road first.
Many of the passengers are seen getting off the bus before the driver gets back on.
The younger man is heard shouting 'Some bus driver' among other unintelligible cries, while the driver shouts back 'You're big enough to bring it on'.
It is unknown whether the younger man was a passenger on the bus.
Off camera, a woman can be heard calling the police from within the estate agents, and tells the authorities they are fighting next to an X29 Stagecoach service.
Norfolk Constabulary has confirmed it is investigating the incident and is appealing for witnesses.
A spokesman said: 'Police were called just before 4pm on Wednesday, May 3, 2017, to reports of two men fighting on Prince of Wales Road next to a single decker bus.
'On arrival, officers located one of the men involved.
'Inquiries are still ongoing and officers would like to appeal for any witnesses to contact the police on 101 and quote ref 317 of 3 May 2017.'
Andy Campbell, Managing Director of Stagecoach East said: 'We can confirm that a bus driver was suspended on Wednesday following an incident in Norwich earlier that day.
'We understand on-street video footage of part of the incident has subsequently been posted on social media.
'Our investigation will examine the full circumstances involved. We are also contacting the police to assist with their investigation into the incident.'
