A hapless driver was caught on dashcam running down a steep hill after his car - that rolled backwards through traffic and smashed into a tree. The silver car ended up half way up a tree after miraculously avoiding two lanes of stop-start traffic as it rolled at speed down the steep road. The driverless motor, which was being chased by a man and a woman, thought to be the driver and a passenger, clipped the sloping edge of a crash barrier which launched it high into the tree. Driver Paul Morris-Hill captured the hilarious accident on his dashcam, on the steep Detling Hill near Canterbury, Kent, on Wednesday evening.
