A hamburger shop in northern China has met it's match - a hamburglar.
But this man wasn't there to steal the food, he was more interested in the cash on offer.
CCTV footage of the restaurant captures the moment a man sneaks through a vent in the kitchen and then steals cash at midnight on May 8.
He was arrested the day after and was put in criminal detention.
According to an official statement from Bazhou police bureau in China's Hebei province, the man surnamed Nie broke into a hamburger restaurant and climbed in through the vent.
However, he was caught on surveillance footage the moment he broke the extraction fan. He can be seen struggling to get in and had to resort to taking his clothes off to enter.
Nei then walked straight to the front desk where the till was.
He took away approximately 800 yuan (£89) and headed back to the kitchen.
Shop owner, Ms Zhao, told Pear video in the interview that the burglar used a plastic bag to cover the surveillance camera in the kitchen before breaking it and taking it away.
'He took away my camera in the kitchen, leaving the one at the till. I have no idea when did he leave,' added Ms Zhao.
But the footage had been automatically saved to Ms Zhao's computer.
Local police started a search around the neighbourhood after receiving report from Ms Zhao.
The suspect was wearing black framed glasses and had a tattoo on his right arm.
On May 9, they found him during an ID check at an Internet cafe with the matching characteristics.
Nie admitted to the police that he had stolen the money.
In the statement, Nie explained that he did not want to be identified from his clothing, and that the exit of the vent was too narrow.
Bazhou police has confirmed that Nie had a previous record of petty theft in 2014 and was sentenced to jail for 15 months.
He is now in detention.
