Doctor RIPS UP baby's notes after refusing to give it care

This is the shocking moment a doctor allegedly rips up a baby's medical notes as she refuses to give emergency aid to the sick child.
She then orders the ambulance she is sitting in to drive off.
Half an hour later, 18-months-old Breno Rodrigues Duarte da Silva, who the doctor had been called to urgently attend to, tragically died from lack of care.
Security cameras recorded the physician's actions. The footage was released by Brazilian police on Friday.
