Woman rips windshield wiper off a taxi and hits the car with it

The moment a woman allegedly threw a punch at a man before ripping off a taxi's windshield wiper in a fit of rage has been caught on camera.
A 20-year-old has been arrested and charged by police after allegedly going on a destructive rampage on Adelaide's party strip on Saturday night.
Video captured the incident on Hindley Street and was posted online, showing a woman attacking bystanders and damaging a taxi.
The woman was charged with disorderly behaviour and reported for property damage to the taxi, Adelaide Now reported.
She has since posted to Facebook to apologise and explain her actions, saying she was in a 'incoherent and apprehensive state of mind'.
'I'll openly admit for myself so everyone doesn't have to do it for me, I'm mentally unhealthy and sometimes mixing it with alcohol provokes my state of mind but I'm trying to seek help to get better,' she said.
'Anybody that knows me well enough knows that I'm usually a pretty happy and positive person and I despite harshly against violence and being a d***head in general.
'I just want to clear up that yes I was arrested and spent the night in jail and I've learnt harshly from my mistakes and have done my time for it.'
