This is the moment a motorist apparently knocked over a cyclist while driving on the wrong side of the road - then returned to blame the victim.
In the clip, filmed in Kensington, London, a van driver can be seen overtaking a stationary vehicle and allegedly clipping an oncoming cyclist.
Incredibly, the driver immediately returns to the scene to blame the cyclist and complain about the damage to his wing mirror.
And when witnesses come forward to stick up for the cyclist, the van driver accuses him of racism.
At the start of the clip, recorded on the cyclist's headcam, the van driver pulls on to the right hand side of the road to overtake a stationary vehicle, and appears to plough straight into the cyclist, who is riding on the correct side.
The cyclist hits the pavement and says "f***ing hell", but the driver sounds his horn, and drives back to him.
As witnesses ask the cyclist if he is ok, he shouts at the driver, but instead of an apology, the man in the van incredibly asks for the cyclist's details and claims he "whacked him."
The van driver, wearing a cap and polo shirt then gets out of his car and says: "F*** off you p***k, you got down and whacked it", while gesturing to his wing mirror.
As the cyclist argues back, another witness comes and tells the driver: "You were crossing over", to which the driver says: "There was another car that did it as well."
The driver asks for his details again, but the witness says: "I'll be a witness".
The driver then claims the pair, who both speak with foreign accents, are "ganging up" on him.
He says: "Oh yeah ganging up, racists are we? Because I'm English, yeah that's all it is, minority now.
The driver eventually leaves without the situation being resolved.
The video was uploaded on to YouTube by Lars Mandelkow, who is thought to be the bike rider, on Monday.
He wrote: "Black car driver was reversing to park the her car and driver behind was giving her space.
"The two cars on my side couldn't be bothered to wait for me or the black car finishing to park. His wing mirrors hits my handlebar. Just getting abused by him as apparently I hit him with my hand on the mirror.
"Should have called the Police."
YouTube users were shocked at the footage.
