Every woman knows how vulnerable their purse can be to thieves. One shocking video shows a woman at a supermarket in Burbank, Calif., checking that no one is looking before snatching a purse from an elderly lady on a motorized scooter. The victim had no idea what was going on. Inside Edition's Chief Investigative Correspondent Lisa Guerrero decided to carry out a test of her own. At a parking lot in Hollywood, she left her purse on a car, then stood back to watch what would happen.
