This is the moment a boy racer dragged his apparently unconscious friend from the wreckage of a crash before fleeing to escape ‘the feds’.
Dramatic footage shows two cars apparently racing each other before one smashes into a tree in Cheetham Hill, Manchester, in the early hours of the morning.
CCTV shows how a man ran back from the other vehicle and dragged the collapsed motorist about 20 metres along the road before stuffing him into the second car.
Neighbours described hearing the rescuer saying to his pal: “You need to get out of the car before the feds get here.”
The injured man is then driven away from the scene.
Police are now investigating the drama on Humphrey Street in Cheetham Hill, which happened at 6.45am on Saturday, September 30.
