At 20:45 hours on October 5, a 47-year-old man died on the federal highway M-52 near Iskitim. He was hit by a Hyundai Solaris car that was driving towards Barnaul, which was run by a 30-year-old driver. After the man fell on the road, two more cars passed through him, the inspector of the traffic police of the Iskitim district Olga Erokhina told the Berdsk-online site.
The regional traffic police department provided a record of the DVR installed in Hyundai Solaris. According to the record it can be seen that the hit on the shot down man was committed 20 seconds after the accident.
