Passengers were terrified as their plane allegedly filled with smoke while flight attendants told them it was 'perfectly normal'.
People on board the Antonov An-24 plane reportedly started screaming "we are on fire, we are on fire" as some filmed the cabin apparently full of smoke.
But a member of the cabin crew reportedly told travellers: "Do not worry, it will all pass in a moment. This is the jets starting, this is normal. There is no smell."
The incident allegedly occurred as passengers waited to take-off from Irkutsk in south-central Russia's Irkutsk Oblast region.
